Shipping & handling

We ship our parcels - from monday to friday, except on public holidays - with DHL.

Due to the current situation, there may be delays in delivery.

The prices shown in the list are valid for shipments up to 31.5 kg.
Shipments above 31.5 kg will be shipped with a forwarding agency. Shipping costs for shipments with a forwarder need to be calculated individually.

For deliveries in Non-EU-countries (e.g. Switzerland) additional customs duties will accrue.

For orders on advance payment the delivery time is about 2 days longer, starting with your payment.

When your order is shipped 'Payment on delivery' a DHL-fee of 5.60 Euro will add to the regular shipping costs, the total amount will be collected by the package deliverer.
In the case of cash on delivery deliveries, no delivery attempt is made during the current situation in order to provide additional protection for the deliverer and recipient.
From now on, the shipments will be brought directly to the branch and must be picked up there by the recipient or a person authorized by him or her.
In the branch, better protection options are offered for employees and customers and there is the option of cashless payment.

As soon as we shipped your parcel you will receive a tracking link, so you will always be up to date where your parcel is at the moment.

At 'Will collect' we will inform you via E-Mail when your goods are ready to fetch. After that E-Mail we can make an appointment for collecting the goods. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
